“Innovative by Nature” is the City of Rochester Hills’ tagline. And the reinvention of Auburn Road into a pedestrian-friendly, nature-friendly, and traffic-calming streetscape visually demonstrates that tagline.

The prominent Midtown area of Nashville got swankier with the completion of Broadwest, a mixed-use development anchored by two towers that house condominiums, a hotel, and retail and office space. 

A streetscape renovation that widened sidewalks, repaved streets, and added landscaping, furniture, and lighting has enhanced the street life experience for locals and tourists alike. 

Boulder Junction – Depot Square is a redevelopment project centered on Boulder’s historic train station. The project posed multiple lighting challenges for pedestrian and streetscape lighting at different heights along a major thoroughfare, and pedestrian and pathway lights for mixed-use spaces set back from the street.

The long-anticipated Austin Central Library opened in the Fall of 2017, and while the building itself is stunning with equally beautiful views of Shoal Creek, the public land that surrounds the north and east sides of the library also offers residents of Austin a relaxing park in which to walk, bike, read, and socialize.

Hemisfair Park Area Redevelopment Corporation utilized a variety of Landscape Forms lighting and site furniture elements to create Hemisfair, a 19-acre park on the site of the 1968 World's Fair in San Antonio.

A $134 million referendum, the largest to date in Wisconsin, passed with strong public support in 2010 and gave Madison Area Technical College the go-ahead for a major campus expansion. Four construction projects, additions to the campus’s 30-year-old main building, and a complete redesign of the exterior campus brought new programs and new energy to the Truax campus.

Summit Park near Lake Merced, San Francisco was created as both a public park and a neighborhood amenity for the newly constructed Summit 800 residences.
