Landscape Forms, North America's leading designer and manufacturer of high-design site furniture, structures, and lighting announces the relaunch of SHUFFLE, an innovative and multi-use system that combines connectivity, safety and illumination to activate public outdoor spaces. Developed by Schréder, a global leader in smart-city technologies, SHUFFLE new feature updates bring advanced infrastructure improvements into one cohesive and vertically integrated system.

In response to rising customer expectations, public spaces continue to add single-purpose pole sensors, cameras, lighting, and connectivity infrastructure to places where space is at a premium. The need for thoughtfully designed, fully integrated, multi-function infrastructure has grown in response, as municipalities, campuses, and commercial developers look for ways to expand site functionality without adding to visual clutter or additional cost. SHUFFLE's relaunch meets that need directly, consolidating advanced capabilities into one adaptable system.

SHUFFLE seamlessly stacks Wi-Fi, cameras, sensors, two-way communications, and EV-charging capabilities into a vertical pole that is easy to activate and install. The modular components allow for easy customization and future adaptability, and the integrated design brings modern aesthetics and efficiencies into busy, multi-use environments. Landscape Forms has also simplified configuration options with a new build feature on its website. Clients can specify preferred camera and technology brands and choose among a range of options within each.

“This is the solution site designers have been waiting for,” says Shannon Lee, Business Development Manager for Smart Poles at Schréder. “We have designed SHUFFLE to fit the needs of any busy public space with best-in-class product and feature sets that can be updated as the needs of the site evolve. Safety and connectivity are seamlessly integrated into outdoor spaces without dominating them, making the system easily accessible and user friendly.”

SHUFFLE's modular design allows it to be configured for a wide range of specialized environments and general use public spaces, providing an added measure of security and convenience anywhere people gather for work, travel, study, and recreation. New feature updates on SHUFFLE include options designed for plug-and-play simplicity, including a 360-degree area light, decorative light ring, 180-degree area light, quad-view and 180-degree cameras, motion sensors, plus loudspeaker and intercom modules.

From university and business campuses, airports and commuting hubs, shopping malls and tourist areas  to concert halls, city parks, sports venues, and hospitals, the multi-use adaptability and robust communication features make SHUFFLE a smart and convenient choice for site managers juggling a range of site requirements.

“SHUFFLE represents exactly the kind of thinking our industry needs: technology and design working together to make outdoor spaces safer and smarter without compromising aesthetics,” says Jordan Agustin, President of Lighting at Landscape Forms. “New features and capabilities integrated into SHUFFLE’s streamlined design enhance the beauty and functionality of outdoor space, while advancing the Landscape Forms’ mission of connecting people to the outdoors and each other.”
