information described above. Because we value your privacy we have taken the
necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy
Protection Act (CCPA).

CCPA prohibits third parties who purchase the personal information we hold from
reselling it unless you have received explicit notice and an opportunity to
opt-out of further sales. As stated above, we do not sell your information.
The CCPA also gives you the right to know what
we have used your personal information for. Specifically, you have the right to
request what we used your personal information for over the past 12 months. You
may request information regarding the following:

information we collected about you.

collecting that personal information.

We endeavor to respond to a request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt.
If we require more time (up to [45/90] days), we will inform you of the reason
and extension period in writing. We will not discriminate against you for
exercising any of your CCPA rights.
LFI does not track its Users over time and
across third-party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore or
does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.
California’s
“Shine the Light” law permits individual California residents to request
certain information regarding our disclosure of certain categories of Personal
Information to third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing
purposes. To make such a request, please contact us at privacy@landscapeforms.com. This
request may be made no more than once per calendar year.
