· Saturday, March 14, 7-11am
People who meet job requirements will be offered a position within one week of the open interviews as well as a $100 signing bonus after successful completion of their 90-day development onboarding process.
“Landscape Forms is the best place to work in the Kalamazoo area,” says Vice President for People Jim Marshall. “We’re a company filled with people who care about each other and care about doing great work. We all take pride in the fact that we make beautiful, high-quality products that are shipped to some of the coolest companies in the country.” Landscape Forms customers include Apple, Google, Nike, Uber, LinkedIn, University of Michigan, and Microsoft. In addition, well-known sports and entertainment venues such as the arenas where the Golden State Warriors and the New York Islanders play feature Landscape Forms products.
Landscape Forms just celebrated its 50th year, and it has a history of steady growth. The company now employs 400 plus people in its three Kalamazoo facilities. “We work hard to make this a place people want to work at and stay at,” says Marshall. “Our members stay in part because the company takes care of them. We offer a great benefits package, including a quarterly bonus that has averaged 27 percent annually over the past 10 years.” Eligibility for both benefits and the quarterly bonus begins on the first day of employment, a gesture the company believes eliminates the difficulty people experience when moving from one employer to another.
“We welcome people to come to the open interviews and learn more about us,” says Marshall. “You’ll see we’re a winning team and a cool company filled with people who have fun along the way. There’s a real team spirit here.”
