A member of the Landscape Forms team for more than seven years, Natalie Biddle has been promoted to Director of Engineering. Throughout her time at Landscape Forms, Natalie has been instrumental in the company's journey to becoming a world-class product development organization. Since assuming the role of Engineering Manager in 2019, Natalie has overseen the growth and transformation of Landscape Forms’ engineering team. With her promotion to Director of Engineering, she will take the leading role in New Product Engineering, Lifecycle Engineering, CAD Engineering, Loll Product Engineering and the Tool Room Journeyman Machinists. "Natalie’s focus and attention in getting the right people in the right roles has undoubtedly made our team stronger,” says Landscape Forms Chief Creative Officer, Kirt Martin. "Her commitment to building a people-centered, transparent, engaged and effective engineering team is recognized and valued across our organization.”
Originally joining Landscape Forms in 2004 as a Buyer/Planner, Andrea Marietta has been promoted to Director of Supply Chain. A graduate of Western Michigan University with a degree in Integrated Supply Management and holding several professional certifications in the industry, Andrea’s experience has made her extremely effective in her current position as Supply Chain Manager, and will serve her well in her new leadership role. "Andrea is a unique talent and has built an amazing team that guides our operations so deftly across the supply chain,” says Landscape Forms Vice President of Operations, Tim Woolley. "This promotion recognizes Andrea's valuable contributions to-date, and positions her to make us an even better Landscape Forms moving forward.”
After three years as Landscape Forms’ Customer Service Manager, Evan Presler has been promoted to Director of Revenue Operations. Evan has provided tremendous value to the company’s sales and customer service team, transforming customer service into a revenue source that returns value to the company’s economic clients and contractors. "Evan has been instrumental in defining the value provided by his department, while putting the processes and performance metrics in place to ensure our continued efficiency,” says Landscape Forms Vice President of Sales, Eric Swanson. "He has also assumed responsibility for providing greater revenue visibility based on our available data, informing better decisions and making us a more effective organization."
