Landscape Forms "Win an iPod" Official Rules

No Purchase Necessary

1.  Who can enter: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Canada (excluding Quebec), 18 years of age or older.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulation.  Not eligible are employees and their immediate families including household members of Landscape Forms, or their agents.  To be a valid entrant all entrants must register a design project with Landscape Forms.

2.  How to Enter.  Entries may be submitted by (i) via regular mail or certified mail, (ii) via Win an iPod form on landscapeforms.com.

3.  What you win.  Each quarter we will draw one completed registration. The winner will receive an iPod worth $299.

4.  Timing.  To be eligible to win, entries must be received by 5:00pm EST on the last business day of the 3rd month in the Quarter (March, June, September, December). Drawings will take place on the second Friday of April, July, October, January and include entries submitted within the Quarter (3 months) preceeding these dates. Promotion ends December 31st at midnight, 2008.

5.  Miscellaneous:  Incomplete entries are void.  All federal, state, local and provincial taxes and all income and any other taxes, fees and surcharges will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.  Landscape Forms reserves the right at their sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion.

6.  Conditions of Entry: By entering, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements, agree to be bound by the decision of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects, and agree that no claim relating to and damages losses or injuries shall be asserted against Sponsor or their agents, affiliates, sale representatives, advertising and promotion agencies.  This sweepstakes is subject to U.S. Federal, state and local laws and regulation. Sponsor or their agents, affiliates, sales representatives and advertising and promotion agencies make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize and disclaim any implied warranty and are not in any way responsible or liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from altered, late, lost, incomplete entries, or human, telephone, computer, online or technical malfunctions or failures (including network unavailability and disconnections), or acceptance and use of a prize or travel in connection with such prize.  Sponsor is not liable for misdelivered or nondeliverable prizes due to inability to deliver because of incomplete or inaccurate address information or any complication with the delivery service rendering the package containing the prize nondeliverable.  Proof of transmission and/or mailing of the website form and/or the Business Reply Card does not constitute proof of delivery.  Winner assumes liability for injuries caused or claimed to be cause by participation in the promotion or by the acceptance, possession or use of any prize.  Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the person whose name appears on the entry form.

7.  Use Of Sweepstakes: Landscape Forms reserves the right to pass along the information submitted on the entry form to a Landscape Forms sales representative.

8.  Additional Terms: Any and all disputes relating to this promotion or any prize shall be subject to the internal laws of the State of Michigan and exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in the state or federal courts, located in Kalamazoo, MI.
