Robb is the manager of Studio 431. Since joining Landscape Forms in 1998 he has held engineering and technical positions as manufacturing engineer, project engineer, product development engineer and sales engineer. This broad experience has prepared him well for leadership of the team charged with solving the wide array of complex challenges associated with custom projects. Robb holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering Design from Western Michigan University.
Mark Haase Business Development

Mark is New Business Development salesperson for Studio 431. He joined Landscape Forms in 2013 after 19 years experience in construction industry sales working with building contractors and architects. Mark reaches out to make the connections between designers with ideas and Studio 431 capabilities. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Saginaw Valley State University.
Darin Piippo Business Development

Darin drives new business for Studio 431, focusing on the transit industry and Business Improvement Districts. Prior to joining Landscape Forms in 2016, Darin worked in development and project management in the real estate development, construction and retail industries, striving to deliver the best possible results for his clients. He is a LEED AP and graduated from Miami University (Ohio) where he studied Architecture and Landscape Architecture. Darin’s passion for the outdoors is exemplified by his love of running and traveling. He enjoys camping, hiking, skiing and exploring with his wife and 3 children.
Candace BryantProject Estimator

Candace is the Project Estimator for Studio 431. She begun at Landscape Forms in 2014 as a welder, bringing many years of experience in manufacturing practices and fabrication. Candace is currently finishing up her degree in welding with a concentration in business.
Blaise Beltowski Manufacturing Manager

Blaise is the manufacturing manager of Studio 431. Blaise has worked for Landscape forms for five years and has held multiple technical positions which include manufacturing engineer, Studio 431 manufacturing Coordinator, and manufacturing engineering group leader. He brings strong manufacturing experience to the team in tooling design, product launch and project management from his previous roles in the automotive and defense industries. Blaise holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering Management with a Minor in Supply Chain Management from Western Michigan University.
John Shimer Project Engineer Group Leader

John is a project engineer who has been a member of Studio 431 for five years. He brought to the team valuable experience as designer with an engineering consulting firm working on projects for the medical, automotive, and furniture industries. John has a degree in CAD/Engineering Design from Kalamazoo Valley Community College and has been a Certified Solidworks Professional since 2007.
Matt BegemanProject Manager

Matt is the project manager of Studio 431, guiding projects through the entire process, start to finish. Matt joined the Studio 431 team in 2016 and brings over 10 years of experience from the commercial construction industry where he helped develop, estimate, and manage a wide variety of projects. He is a LEED Green Associate with a Construction Engineering degree from Western Michigan University.
Emily Farrance Manufacturing Engineer

Emily is the Customs Manufacturing Engineer for Studio 431. After starting as a manufacturing intern in 2014, Emily stepped into her Studio 431 role to manage projects through the manufacturing process. Emily graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering Management Technology.
Mike Rekeny Project Engineer

Mike is a Studio 431 project engineer who joined Landscape Forms in 2012. He brings to the team a strong knowledge base gained in his work in plastics manufacturing, fire-suppression sprinkler design, sheet metal, structural framework and environmental test chamber design. Mike holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, and is currently working on his MBA at Western Michigan University.
Caleb Nitz Project Engineer

Caleb is a Studio 431 project engineer. Caleb brings experience in custom machine design for the automotive, medical, and defense industries. Along with engineering, he also brings a construction background. Caleb has a bachelor’s degree in Design Engineering from Trine University with a specialization in plastics.
Shannon Zemlick Project Engineer

Shannon is a Studio 431 project engineer. She joined Landscape Forms as an intern in 2014 and assumed her current role as custom project engineer after her graduation in 2016. Prior to joining the team she had four years of experience in office products and furniture sales. Shannon has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Design and an Integrated Supply Chain Management minor from Western Michigan University.
Chad Kendall Project Engineer

Chad is a Project Engineer for Studio 431 with extensive experience in the design and build of custom fabricated products for the furniture, renewable energy and food processing industries as well as machine design specializing in metal stamping for defense and automotive. He has a degree in Applied Sciences specializing in CAD/Engineering from Kellogg Community College.
Jeremiah Montgomery CAD Engineer

Jeremiah is a CAD engineer with the Studio 431 team. While new to the 431 team in 2015, Jeremiah started at Landscape Forms in 2011. He brings many years of experience in high pressure composite cylinder production, manufacturing, powder coat painting, assembly, welding and fabrication. Jeremiah has an associate’s degree in CAD/Engineering and Design from Kalamazoo Valley Community College.

Casey is a Supply Chain Analyst for Studio 431 focusing on supplier development and excellence. Her background in Supply Chain stems from 5 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing as a Senior Planning Specialist. Casey graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in Sales and Business Marketing. Casey believes managing intricate supplier relationships is the key to delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ross is the Studio 431 Fabrication Cell leader who joined Landscape Forms in 2012 as a standard product fabricator. He brings years of experience in custom fabrication and leadership to his current role. Before his current positon he helped manage a team of product fabricators. Ross graduated from Fab Masters in 2010 and received his AWS welding certificates.

In his eight years at Landscape Forms so far, he has held many positions throughout the company including welding/fabricating in the Bench, Metro 40, and Combo/431 cells. His leadership rolls have recently included cell leader for Cut Cell, and now 431 Assembly. His experience includes welding/fabricating classes from KVCC, partial degree in Auto-Mechanics, and his work on many personal projects including building/welding his own dune buggies at home. He enjoys spending time working on projects and challenging his skills, spending time with his wife and daughter, and tinkering with anything that has a motor.
