Kalamazoo, MI – Richard Heriford, vice president of sales and marketing at
Landscape Forms, will be joined by Wayne Lindholm, president of
Scanlon Leadership Network, as they share their insights on the winning formula for the
2008 Wall Street Journal’s Top Small Workplaces in the United States.

Heriford attended Kansas State University where he earned his degree as a registered architect. He has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing in the contract industry. At Landscape Forms he is responsible for customer service as well as sales and marketing. Heriford has served as president and CEO of Deepa Textiles, vice president sales and marketing at Allsteel where he was a board member and officer of the company, vice president sales and marketing with CorryHiebert and director of marketing and design at SunarHauserman.
Lindholm is president of the Scanlon Leadership Network based in East Lansing, MI. The Scanlon Leadership Network helps organizations apply E.P.I.C. Leadership Principles to design systems that encourage full participation and engagement of all members of an organization. Scanlon practitioners were early adopters of company-wide gain-sharing programs, open-book management and servant leadership. Prior to leading the Scanlon Leadership Network, Wayne worked for over 30 years leading operational improvement programs with General Motors, Morton Salt, Warner-Lambert and 3M.
