LANDSCAPE FORMS EXPANDS EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT WITH EUROPEAN DESIGN LEADER
Spain-based Santa & Cole Offers a Strong Presence and Position of Leadership


 

    Kalamazoo, MI – Bill Main, President and CEO of Landscape Forms, and Juan Eusebio Pujol, CEO of Santa & Cole, Barcelona, Spain, have announced the expansion of a marketing alliance which was originated between the two companies in the fall of 2006. At that time the agreement gave Landscape Forms exclusive distribution of Santa & Cole Urban Elements products in the United States and Canada. Earlier this year Landscape Forms became the exclusive distributor for Santa & Cole in the United Kingdom. The newly expanded alliance, based on significant growth in sales in the past two years, provides that Santa & Cole will now represent Landscape Forms in Italy, France, Portugal and Spain.

    The Landscape Forms expanded alliance with Santa & Cole is significant not only for the sales growth of the company, but for its contribution to the health of the business climate of Kalamazoo and West Michigan. This alliance marks a milestone for the Kalamazoo-based manufacturer. Starting as a small, local, entrepreneurial venture, Landscape Forms is now known as the leading designer and manufacturer of site furniture worldwide.

    Santa & Cole was founded in 1985 by Javier Nieto Santa and Gabriel Ordeig Cole. Today, Santa & Cole markets such products as indoor lighting and furniture products, urban elements, books and plant elements for urban reforestations, all under its brand.
